Next day, Sunday, August 22nd...Class pot-luck Bar-b-Q picnic, home of Charlie and Betty Crass, 7 Kayla Drive, Montesano. Come on out for an afternoon of visiting and relaxing and eating!!! See you there!
I heard the class committee paid $300.00 to rent the City hall for the reunion...don't you think that was way too much? No wonder there were some that paid extra. I think that if we ever have another reunion, it should be at a restaurant (usually no fee to have a lunch)with everyone odering off the menu. We could visit and have a good time with very little cost. Please, committee, think about this for the next class gathering.
ReplyDeleteWe feel exactly the same...at our age, just getting together is a great time...let's just meet someplace and visit. Who needs a banquet? Our vote is to meet once a year and have a relaxed time of just seeing our class mates again. Skip the banquet and go for an informal gathering at someplace in Monte!
